We encourage our people to work together and support each other as we progress through our Inclusion journey. Our Inclusion Steering Group, Inclusion Leaders and Inclusion Networks play a critical role in achieving our goals and creating an authentically inclusive workplace.
Inclusion Steering Group.
Our Inclusion Steering Group works together to shape, lead and facilitate the delivery of our global strategic Inclusion objectives. This group comprises our Inclusion Leaders, our Inclusion Manager and other key contributors from across the firm.
Once a quarter, an Extended Inclusion Steering Group meets to support two-way communication between our Inclusion Leaders, Inclusion Steering Group, Inclusion Network representatives and other key representatives from across the firm, with the aim of fostering continuous feedback and involving our people in shaping our global Inclusion approach through idea sharing and awareness of lived experiences.

Our Inclusion Leaders champion Inclusion across our firm and provide visible leadership support to our global Inclusion strategy.
Our Inclusion Networks.
Our global Inclusion Networks play a critical role in supporting and contributing towards the success of our global Inclusion Strategy. Our Inclusion Networks are open to all colleagues to join regardless of their role, office location or how they identify.
The purpose of our Inclusion Networks is to:

- Provide peer support and a social network to promote belonging and inclusion
- Raise awareness of key issues and challenge barriers to Inclusion
- Create opportunities for colleagues to share personal experiences, knowledge and ideas
- Foster a safe environment for our people to learn how to be active, visible allies
- Explore the impact of intersectionality on Inclusion through cross-network collaborations
- Support and contribute to the success of our global Inclusion Strategy

Our progress and milestones.
Since formally placing Inclusion at the top of our agenda, we have created an Inclusion Steering Group with visible Inclusion Leaders, developed our Inclusion Networks, captured the views and experiences of colleagues via Inclusion surveys, and purposefully embedded Inclusion throughout our Mourant 2025 strategy.
