Overview

I'm Chief Governance Officer (CGO) and a Principal for Mourant Governance Services. I'm also an Inclusion Leader, a Sustainability Leader and a Mental Health First Aider for the wider Mourant Group.

I have responsibility for in-house corporate governance across our jurisdictions. I have won international awards for corporate governance and company law. I also act as MLCO for our UK business and previously acted as a director and MLRO for in-house and/or client companies. Before becoming CGO, I was our first General Counsel and held that role for four years.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2014, I worked at Pinsent Masons in Scotland.
