Overview

I'm the CEO of Mourant Group, having assumed the role on 1 February 2025, and the Managing Partner of Mourant Law LP.

Between 2010 and 2025, I served as Global Managing Partner of Mourant, having been re-elected most recently in 2020.

My experience includes leading the firm through a significant merger, opening new offices in the Caribbean and Asia, business acquisitions, and the establishment and development of complementary service lines.

I joined Mourant Ozannes in 1998 and was admitted as a Partner in 2003. Between 2003 and 2006, I was Head of the London office.

As a practising partner, I advised financial institutions, corporates, and intermediaries on capital markets, structured finance, and investment fund transactions. Before joining Mourant, I was a banking lawyer at CMS in London.
