Our Global Gender Pay Gap Reports

As Global Managing Partner, I'm fully committed to taking meaningful steps to enable and empower our people, of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, to fulfil their potential. Analysing and publishing our Global Gender Pay Gap Report is one of those steps. 

Knowledge of our gender pay gap provides us with greater visibility of gender representation across all areas and levels of our business, and opportunities to identify reasons for imbalance and develop actions to address it. We believe that having this knowledge, and transparency with our people and our clients, will help us to achieve our vision of an authentically inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong and can thrive. We therefore choose, voluntarily, to analyse and publish our global gender pay gap data, alongside a supporting action plan, to help ensure we achieve an authentically diverse and inclusive workforce at all levels.

We recognise we need to do more to close our gender pay gap, and to ensure progress is consistently experienced and sustainable in the long term. Our action plan to address it includes our gender diversity aspirational milestones for partners and leadership, on-going review of policies and processes, and a commitment to provide fair and equitable access to career development opportunities.

We remain committed to analysing and reporting our gender pay gap and assessing progress against our action plan annually, as well as sharing the important and forward-thinking steps we are taking. We also recognise that gender is just one aspect of diversity, and we aim to develop further reporting as we progress through our inclusion journey."
