Thomas Allain

Overview

I am a Counsel in our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice and specialise in banking and finance work.

I have over a decade of experience in all types of international and domestic financing transactions, including fund finance, asset finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance.

I have a particular focus on structured finance and I frequently advise on regulated and non-regulated securitisation transactions, as well as on capital markets issues, where my areas of focus encompass debt issuance and listing.

I am also regularly involved in restructuring matters and I have a wide experience in the enforcement of security interests.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Finance and Capital Markets team of a Tier 1 law firm in Luxembourg.
