Overview

I am a consultant in our Singapore office advising on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law. My practice includes advising multinational clients on corporate structuring, investment funds, and regulatory compliance and managing cross-border corporate, M&A and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes (Singapore) LLP I worked for Maples and Calder, based in both London and Singapore.

Professional qualifications

• Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, 2002
• Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, 2001
