Thomas Keane

Overview

I practise in the litigation team at Mourant Ozannes, BVI across a range of areas including contentious trusts, shareholder and company disputes, civil fraud, commercial litigation, asset tracing, and insolvency. I was called to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands in December 2024.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was a commercial chancery barrister in London, specialising in commercial, company, insolvency, property, trusts and charity disputes. I was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017.

Through my legal training I worked in the legal teams at Warner Bros., Formula 1, Time Inc. and Convex Insurance, and was a major scholar of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.
