I am the Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in the UK.

As a governance professional with nearly ten years of experience, I specialize in managing transactions and corporate structures across the UK and internationally. My career includes significant roles at leading firms and corporate service providers such as Alter Domus, Ernst & Young, and Vistra, where I developed a strong foundation in governance and corporate management.

Before this, I practiced as a corporate lawyer in Brazil, where I amassed over a decade of expertise in succession and estate planning, international corporate restructuring and contract law. This diverse background enables me to provide strategic insights and effective solutions in the governance landscape.
