Overview

I am the Managing Director of Mourant Governance Services in Singapore which provides a comprehensive range of corporate and fiduciary services, with a focus on Singapore, Cayman and BVI.

My governance experience spans investment funds and related investment holding companies and, in particular, working with global asset managers expanding in Asia Pacific and Singapore. 

Over the last two decades, I have been involved in operational, product, development, and strategic roles in the alternatives funds industry. My work experience has spanned across oversight, development of teams, practices, products, business growth, and client relationship management, engaging with institutional investors, asset managers and research houses.

• Mastering Alternative Investments, Executive Programme, INSEAD Singapore
