Overview

I am a skilled corporate professional with a legal background focussing on establishing and supporting complex, cross-jurisdictional structures.

My areas of expertise include transaction management, client onboarding and establishment of offshore vehicles in relation to mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring projects across private equity, structured finance, real estate, private wealth and management incentive sectors.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2021, I worked at an established South African law firm as a Candidate Attorney. During that time, I spent 12 months in the civil litigation team gaining experience in relation to corporate commercial and liquidation/business rescue matters.

I am a Cultural Ambassador at Mourant which involves promoting the values and ethos that exists within the Mourant business. This role includes supporting all new starters and making key introductions across the business to welcome them to Mourant and facilitate efficient cross team collaboration.
