Overview

I am a Senior Associate within the Litigation and Insolvency practice in the BVI. I deal with commercial litigation, insolvency and shareholder disputes.

Before moving to the BVI in July 2024 I was an attorney at MJM Limited, a Bermuda law firm where I acted for banks, insurers and joint provisional liquidators in enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

Prior to that I was as a solicitor for a large regional law firm in England, advising on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
