Overview

I am a Paralegal in Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP's Corporate and Investment Funds practice.

My practice focuses on both corporate law and investment funds matters. I support the team on entity formation, company filings and regulatory registrations. I also have experience in conducting due diligence and preparing documents for share arrangements.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked as a paralegal in the Capital Markets practice of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in Beijing.
