Overview

I am an Associate in the Guernsey Corporate practice.  I am based in London and advise on a broad range of aspects of Guernsey corporate law. 

My experience includes advising on private and public M&A, equity capital markets transactions and commercial contracts. I have worked with major corporates, financial institutions and private equity funds.   

Prior to joining Mourant, I was an Associate at leading New Zealand law firm Russell McVeagh.  

Professional qualifications

• Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand
