Overview

I am the Head of the Mourant Governance Services fund administration business. I specialise in delivering fund administration, accounting and reporting services to clients across our jurisdictions.

With more than 17 years of experience in financial services, I have previously led a cross jurisdictional private debt capital and markets team providing fund administration and accounting services for structures domiciled in Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland and Cayman.

Before joining Mourant, I was head of a regulated financial services business in Jersey for a FTSE 250 company. The team I led comprised of over 250 professionals providing fund and corporate administration to real asset, private equity and private debt clients. I was responsible for the service delivery of over 2500 entities.

I have also sat on the boards of regulated funds and private funds across several jurisdictions, as well as sitting on the board of a regulated fund administration business in Jersey. My experience covers closed-ended, open-ended and listed funds investing in private equity, real assets, and private debt.
