Overview

I am an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of the Mourant BVI office. I advise on a wide range of matters including but not limited to international litigation, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, general commercial litigation, shareholder and general company disputes, and corporate disputes.  

Prior to joining Mourant I worked at two other leading law firms in the BVI where I advised on legal matters including but not limited to corporate, economic substance, banking and finance, funds, commercial contracts, insolvency and mergers and acquisitions.

• Admitted as a Notary Public in the British Virgin Islands, 2022
• Admitted to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as a Barrister, British Virgin Islands Circuit, 2018
• Bachelors of Law (Hons.) (Upper Second Class), University of the West Indies, 2016
• Legal Education Certificate, Eugene Dupuch Law School, The Bahamas, 2018
