Overview

I joined Mourant Governance Services in July 2023 as a Corporate Governance Manager in Jersey. With over 8 years of experience in the financial industry sector, I specialise in providing company secretarial and governance services.

Before joining Mourant, I was a Funds Manager running a departmental company secretarial team; providing services to institutional, cross-jurisdictional clients with private equity, debt and fund of fund structures.

• Certificate in International Finance and Administration (IFA Level 4) - the Chartered Governance Institute, issued November 2016
• Diploma in International Finance and Administration (IFA Level 5) - the Chartered Governance Institute, issued June 2018
