Overview

I'm an Associate in our Cayman Islands Corporate and Finance practice.

I have experience advising corporates, funds and other institutions across a range of transactions.

Prior to joining Mourant, I practised law at two eminent New Zealand law firms, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructures. I was also Legal Counsel at one of New Zealand's leading consultancy organisations.

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours), University of Otago, 2016
