Laura Cook

Overview

I'm a Senior Manager within Mourant Governance Services in the Jersey office.

Previously I worked in both the audit and tax departments at PwC, qualifying as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2016.

In 2021 I joined IQ-EQ's Fund and Institutional department, providing fund administration and company secretarial services to a mixture of vehicles, with a particular focus on private equity funds.
