Overview

I am an Associate in our Cayman Islands office, specialising in investment funds and corporate transactions.

I advise on the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. I also have experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2023, I was an Associate at another leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands.
