Vicky Youngs

Overview

I first joined the Mourant team in 2015 as a bursary student whilst completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter.

After graduating in 2019, I joined the Finance and Corporate team as a paralegal and, later, as a trainee. I qualified as a Jersey Solicitor in December 2022.

I advise global corporate and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including lender and borrower side financings, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

• University of Exeter, LLB Law with European Study with Advanced Proficiency in Spanish, 2019
