Alicia Phang

Overview

I'm a Senior Associate in the Finance and Corporate team, based in London.

I have a broad range of banking and finance experience, with a particular focus on fund finance, including subscription facility, NAV, hybrid, GP/management facilities and LP financing. I also have extensive experience in structured finance, acquisition finance, general corporate lending, and Islamic financing.

Before joining Mourant, I worked in the Finance team for another offshore law firm in Hong Kong.

• Registered foreign lawyer, The Law Society of Hong Kong, 2019
• Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Malaysian Bar, 2012 (currently non-practising)
• LLB from University of London
