Naomi Crawford

Overview

I am an Associate at Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP in the Finance and Corporate team. I have a broad range of cross-border banking and finance experience.

I advise lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a range of financing transactions including asset financings (particularly financing and leasing of aircrafts and ship and art financing) as well as fund finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and general corporate lending. 

Prior to joining Mourant, I trained at a leading U.S. law firm and worked as an Associate in the General Banking and Restructuring team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in London.

• Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, Moorgate (2018)
• Master of Arts in Chinese from The University of Edinburgh (2016)
