Overview

I am a paralegal in the Corporate & Finance department in the Cayman Islands.

My practice is focused on the formation, maintenance, restructuring and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance of Cayman Islands entities established as investment funds and other special purpose vehicles, as well as the voluntary winding up of Cayman Islands companies and partnerships. 

Prior to joining the Corporate & Finance department, I spent 9 years working in the Cayman Litigation department assisting in a wide variety of commercial disputes.

Professional qualifications

• Degree in Law (LLB) from Manchester Metropolitan University
• Legal Practice Course (Distinction), Manchester Metropolitan University
