Overview

I'm a Senior Associate at Mourant Consulting, with six years' experience investigating financial services complaints and independently assessing firms against the legal and regulatory frameworks of Jersey and Guernsey.

I joined Mourant Consulting in 2021, having previously worked in a senior investigative-analyst role at the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO). Prior to that, I worked at a law firm in Jersey.

CIFO

• Produced investigation reports and recommendations in matters spanning the entire spectrum of financial services in Jersey and Guernsey
• Regular high-level interactions and exposure to local regulators and other key stakeholders
• Lead investigator in the matter of Future Finance Limited v Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman [2019] JRC041
• Oversaw the development of CIFO's CRM system and held primary responsibility for data analytics reporting to the CEO and Board
