I'm a senior paralegal in the Cayman Islands Corporate & Finance team based in the London office.

My practice is focused on the formation, maintenance, restructuring and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance of Cayman Islands entities established as investment funds and other special purpose vehicles, as well as the voluntary winding up of Cayman Islands companies and partnerships.
