Overview

I’m Counsel in our Cayman Litigation practice.

I advise a wide range of clients in relation to high value cross-border commercial disputes including where there are allegations of fraud or misconduct, insolvency and restructuring matters, the protection of minority shareholders' rights and contentious trust disputes. My clients include court-appointed officeholders, creditors and shareholders, trustees and other financial professionals.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked in the Litigation group of Russell McVeagh, a top-tier firm in New Zealand. I am on the board of IWIRC Cayman as an Events Director and have served in this role since January 2020.

Professional qualifications:

  • Attorney-at-Law, Cayman Islands, 2017
  • Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, September 2013 (currently non-practicing)
  • Awarded a Russell McVeagh scholarship for the study of law
  • Degrees in Law (LLB) and Commerce (BCOM) (majoring in economics) from Otago University, 2012
