I am a Director in Mourant Governance Services, supporting Mourant Governance Services globally.

I’m predominantly involved in preparing and improving policies and procedures, to make sure that the team have the tools they need to operate in an efficient and legally compliant way. I am also involved in the development of new products and services, as well as helping to ensure that client-focused solutions are put in place in response to changes in law and regulation.

Before joining Mourant Governance Services, I worked as a Financial Services and Regulatory lawyer at Mourant, specialising in contractual issues such as outsourcing agreements and terms of business.

I also advised a range of regulated clients on compliance with regulatory laws, codes of practice and anti-money laundering requirements.

I completed my legal traineeship with Brodies (Scotland), undertaking secondments with the Royal Bank of Scotland during this time.
