Overview

I am an Associate in the Jersey Finance & Corporate practice at Mourant.

I advise global clients on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and borrower and lender side financing transactions.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2020, I trained at UK national firm, Shoosmiths.
