Overview

I’m the Head of Structured Finance for Mourant Governance Services in Jersey.

I have almost 30 years extensive experience in the finance industry, specialising in corporate administration and governance. My specific responsibilities relate to overseeing a team of experts responsible for the provision of corporate administration, governance, and transactional obligation services to capital markets transactions. My experience and background include transactions related to RMBS, CMBS, CLO, CDO, credit card securitisation and master trust programmes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, I spent several years at a Jersey bank and over a decade at a Jersey trust company.
