Kerri Ann Marquardt

Overview

I am an Associate Director with Mourant Governance Services in the Cayman Islands. My duties consist of overseeing the Board Support Service line offered to clients comprised of Cayman funds, pension plans, and insurance companies. I am also the appointed Company Secretary to Mourant Governance Services (Cayman) Limited with responsibility for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Cayman regulators and undertake other duties as required. In addition to this, I assist with the provision of fiduciary services to clients by way of our corporate directorship and trustee appointments as well as independent directorships.

I began my career in Bermuda and moved to Cayman in 2008, joining the firm in March 2014. With over 16 years of experience in the corporate services/governance industry, I have acquired a high level of expertise and knowledge in matters of corporate governance and best practice.
