Overview

I'm a director at Mourant Governance Services with over 14 years' experience. I worked in the corporate administration area of Mourant from 2006 to 2010, before moving to another Jersey business before re-joining Mourant in July 2014. I have significant experience in the administration and ongoing management of a wide range of structures, covering a range of asset classes, including SPVs established for securitisations and other capital market transactions, financing and asset holding vehicles and real estate investment and development. I sit on the board of a number of client entities.
