Overview

I am a director of the Mourant Governance Services fund administration business.

Prior to joining Mourant Governance Services, I spent 14 years practising as a lawyer in Mourant’s investment funds team. I trained with Mourant Ozannes in Jersey and after qualifying as a solicitor I was seconded to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to work alongside the Supervision and Central Authorisation teams in connection with various projects including the implementation of the Jersey Private Funds Regime.

My legal practice focused on real estate, private equity, venture capital and hedge fund launches for both open ended and closed-ended structures, restructurings, investment holding structures and associated regulatory matters. I have also worked as a Client Director in the Funds Services team at a private equity and real estate administrator based in Jersey where I held a number of regulated board positions.
