Overview

I am Chief Legal Officer for Mourant.

I have responsibility for legal and governance issues affecting our business and also act as company secretary for a number of our in-house companies. My main areas of interest are company and contract law and all aspects of corporate governance.

I previously worked for our Finance and Corporate practice in Jersey advising public and private companies, funds, lenders and borrowers on a range of corporate and finance matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and high-value finance transactions and, most recently, I have been working as Deputy General Counsel for Mourant Governance Services advising on a range of legal and governance matters.

I joined Mourant Ozannes in November 2015.
