Overview

I’m the Global Operations Director for Mourant Governance Services based in Jersey.

I am responsible for Mourant Governance Services operations across our jurisdictions, including developing new products and services, the risk and controls framework, and driving technological improvements. I have experience across risk and compliance, finance, change management and IT, HR, as well as administration experience in private equity and debt funds.

I trained with PwC Consulting in London and since 2006 have worked extensively in fund administration and strategic and operational roles, including sitting on a number of private equity and debt fund boards and the boards of various regulated entities.

Before joining Mourant Governance Services in 2018, I worked as Strategy Director for Elian (now Intertrust), delivering large change programmes and running the firm’s M&A process.

Professional qualifications

• IoD Diploma in Company Direction
• CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting
• Graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Business Economics
