I'm a Senior Associate in Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP's Corporate and Investment Funds practice. Before joining the firm, I trained and previously worked as an Associate at Linklaters in the Corporate team.

I have experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, rights issues, and general corporate compliance matters.
