This Regulatory Update provides a snapshot of the key legal developments in the BVI and the Cayman Islands over the last quarter – including, for the BVI, changes to FSC fees, amendments to the BVI Business Companies Act and amendments to align all regulatory legislation and, for Cayman, legislative amendments to allow for AML enforcement and information sharing powers and annual renewal fees for virtual asset service providers.
