Mourant and HLSCC Robert Mathavious Institute for Financial Services launch inaugural summer financial services course

Mourant was proud to partner with the HLSCC Robert Mathavious Institute for Financial Services to launch an exciting one-week curriculum-based course that commenced on 11 July 2022 and was delivered by Davinia McGann, at the HLSCC Robert Mathavious Institute for Financial Services. 

The course, designed for students 16-18 years of age, included an off-site visit to the offices of participating financial services firms, where the students gained an insight into what it’s like to work in financial services and understand the career options available to them. Students also got an insight into financial services and what the industry entails, along with the opportunity to learn and develop new verifiable skills to take forward in their future careers.

With 19 students in attendance from Tortola and the sister islands, this inaugural course has been hugely successful.
