Mourant advises AGM Group Holdings Inc on its successful registered direct offering of US$20 million

Mourant, a law firm-led professional services business, acted as BVI counsel to China-based NASDAQ listed company, AGM Group Holdings Inc on its successful registered direct offering of US$20 million. 

AGM Group Holdings Inc is an integrated technology company that focuses on providing fintech software services and produces high-performance hardware and computing equipment (including crypto miners for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies).

Alongside New York counsel, Ian Montgomery, Partner, and Saraid Taylor, Senior Associate, from the Mourant BVI office advised AGM Group Holdings Inc on a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement.
