Michael Popkin appointed as a new Hong Kong litigation Partner

Evidencing its continuing growth and commitment to the jurisdiction, Mourant, a leading offshore law firm, is delighted to confirm the appointment of Michael Popkin as a partner in its Hong Kong Litigation team.

Michael has 25 years' experience advising international clients on contentious issues arising out of a broad range of investment and commercial disputes in Asia, Australia and other major offshore jurisdictions. Legal 500 particularly praises him for providing "excellent offshore bankruptcy and insolvency advice".
