Mourant appoints Neil McCarroll to Partner in global promotion round

Leading legal and governance services firm Mourant has promoted Neil McCarroll to Partner from Counsel on 1 February in the Jersey Finance & Corporate practice.

He has a particular focus on corporate and M&A work, having led on a number of company sales and acquisitions for Jersey and international clients.

The firm has appointed three partners across the firm this year. In addition to Neil McCarroll's appointment, Gillian Kennedy-Smith joins the firm from Mills & Reeve as partner in its ITPC practice in Guernsey, and Ian Montgomery will lead the firm's Corporate & Finance practice in BVI.
