Mourant advises IG4 on $231.5 million fund close

Mourant has advised IG4 on the successful final close of its latest fund IG4 Capital Private Equity Investment II, focused on special opportunities in Latin America. The fund has raised $231.5 million in commitments. IG4 is a Brazilian alternative asset manager focused on private equity and private credit investments and the fund is IG4's second private equity fund.
The Mourant team, which was led by LP Partner Alistair Horn and included Alex Henderson worked alongside lead counsel Shearman & Sterling (London) LLP to deliver the fundraise.
