Citywealth names eight at Mourant among Top 100 Litigators

Eight Mourant lawyers have been listed in the Citywealth Top 100 Trust Litigators List, more than any other offshore law firm.

Partners Stephen Alexander, Gordon Dawes, Justin Harvey-Hills, Bruce Lincoln, Eleanor Morgan, Hector Robinson QC, Jonathan Speck and Counsel Luke Olivier have all been named among the most respected trust litigators in the world.

Citywealth created the list based on an extensive editorial research process, supported by individual submissions and peer recommendations, with one of the key questions asking: "who has impressed you most during current or past litigations?"

The answers reveal a list of peer recommended litigators who have "negotiated with the toughest opponents, through the hardest circumstances and with very little on their side but brains, lateral thinking and a will to win."
