Recognition for Mourant Ozannes as it celebrates 5th year in Hong Kong

Offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes has gained another top tier ranking for offshore law firms in the Asia-Pacific region, announced this week by leading legal directory, Chambers & Partners.
The announcement coincided with the firm also receiving recognition in the IFLR Asia Awards shortlist for its role in two significant deals in the region, including the first ever public-to-private transaction on the HKSE completed by a private equity firm.

At the end of this month, Mourant Ozannes celebrates the 5th anniversary of opening its Asia practice, during which time it has more than quadrupled in size, to become the fastest growing offshore law firm in Asia at this time. In August, the firm relocated to new office space located in the heart of Central Hong Kong in order to accommodate this expansion.
