The Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Law) came into effect on 30 March 1992 and replaced the Loi (1861) sur les Sociétés avec Responsabilité Limitée, as amended, and the Companies (Supplementary Provisions) (Jersey) Law 1968 (the old Laws). This guide outlines the principal features of the Law.
