Application for migration overseas under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991

Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended (the Companies Law) makes it possible for a company incorporated in Jersey to migrate overseas and be 'continued' as a foreign company (also commonly called a 'migration' or 'redomiciliation').
This guide summarises the process by which such a migration is effected.
