Overview

I'm an Associate in our Corporate and Funds practice. Before joining the firm, I worked as an Associate in the Corporate team at MinterEllison and at Sidley Austin.

I have experience advising both HKEx-listed issuers (including Chinese state-owned enterprises) and private companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, employee incentive schemes and general corporate advisory matters.
