William Barnes

Overview

I'm an Associate within the Litigation and Insolvency practice of the BVI office, dealing with a broad range of matters including fraud and asset tracing, trust and corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings.

Before moving to the BVI in August 2022, I worked for a boutique Jersey law firm specialising in commercial litigation and contentious trusts. Prior to that, I trained as a Solicitor with a national all service law firm in Bristol.

I have a particular interest in contentious trusts and probate and I'm a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).
