Overview

I am a Senior Associate in the Cayman Islands litigation team, working on a variety of financial services and commercial disputes.

I have a broad range of Cayman litigation experience including insolvency processes, shareholder disputes, exempted limited partnerships, director's duties/professional misconduct, insurance, regulatory law and construction disputes.

Prior to joining Mourant I practiced at another Cayman Islands law firm. I also previously spent time practicing in the UK at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, and before that, at a nationally recognised law firm in New Zealand.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Attorney-at-Law, Cayman Islands 2019
• Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, July 2015
• Degrees in Law (LLB) and Arts (History/Classics) from Canterbury University, 2014
