Overview

I'm an Associate Director in Mourant Governance Services in Jersey working alongside a team focused on corporate administration, governance and deal services in respect of capital markets and other debt based transactions.

I have 12 years' experience in the financial services industry, working previously at Intertrust (formerly Ogier/ Elian) in both in Jersey and Bahrain.

My specialist areas have included capital markets, corporate, private wealth and executive compensation. In addition, I served in a key person role as Compliance Officer and MLRO in Bahrain for four years.
