I am a Senior Associate in our Guernsey Corporate practice and advise on a broad range of aspects of Guernsey corporate law.
My particular interests and experience encompass corporate transactions for private wealth/family offices, complex corporate reorganisations, private M&A and insurance (including reinsurance and captives) and FS regulatory advice
Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes in 2016, I trained with a US firm in London.

- Advising Equitable Life and Utmost in relation to the parallel Guernsey scheme required to give effect a UK Scheme of Arrangement and Part VII transfer.
- Advising a family office in respect of a cross border restructuring of 30+ holding and operating companies led from Guernsey.
- Advising various insurers in relation to the majority of parallel Guernsey transfer schemes undertaken in Guernsey to effect transfers of portfolios of long term business since 2016.
- Advising locally regulated entities in respect mergers, acquisitions and migrations.
- Advising in relation to the establishment of a Guernsey spinout from a UK plc in the technology sector.
- Advising banks, insurers and fiduciaries in respect of Guernsey regulatory obligations arising from changes to their corporate structures.
